Sumithra @ Sumi has served as an academic member of staff for various higher education institutions spanning two decades specializing in a wide array of subjects ranging from Corporate Administration, Marketing and Management. She also serves as a Management Consultant, facilitator and a free-lance trainer/Education support specialist with experience across an array of industries including security firms, financial institutions, manufacturing as well as education institutions.

Passionate and dedicated, she accredits that employee training is no longer a proposition reserved only for C-suite professionals, but rather, it is an overall growth engine that drives business success that stems from a core belief of organizational development and performance enhancement.
